Don Carlos

Meet Don Carlos! He's a handsome 4-year-old mixed-breed dog looking for a fresh start and a family to call his own. Don Carlos came to us as a stray, so his past is a bit of a mystery, but we're excited to help him find a bright future. He's been vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, so he's ready to head home with his new family.

Ideal Home

Since Don Carlos arrived as a stray, we don't know how he does with children, other dogs, cats, or life in a home environment. We encourage potential adopters to spend some time getting to know him and see if he's the right fit for their family.

Ongoing Health

Don Carlos is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms. If he is adopted before his treatment is complete, any remaining medication and treatment instructions will be sent home with him to help ensure his continued recovery.

Training & Support

As we don't have prior knowledge of his life in a home, adopters should be prepared to help Don Carlos adjust and learn about living with a family.
