Birdie

Birdie is a sweet 4-year-old female Hound mix with a heartwarming story. She came to us needing a little extra care after a past injury, but her neck has now fully healed following surgery. While she can be a bit shy initially, Birdie blossoms with patience and kindness, showing her gentle, curious, and friendly nature more each day. She loves to explore and is known to be quiet and independent, yet enjoys the company of others.

Ideal Home

Birdie would thrive in a home that understands her need for a gentle approach as she gains confidence. She has been noted to interact well with other dogs and children of all ages.

Ongoing Health

Birdie's neck has healed well after the surgical removal of an embedded collar. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

As Birdie is on the shy side, a patient and loving approach will help her continue to gain confidence.
