Meet Madeleine, affectionately known as Maddy! She's a sweet and gentle 12.5-year-old Basset Hound whose world recently turned upside down. After a lifetime with her beloved family, Maddy found herself surrendered due to an illness within the household. Understandably, this precious senior is a bit confused and heartbroken as she navigates these big changes. Despite it all, Maddy is handling everything with quiet grace and kindness. Her foster family is showering her with love and reassurance, helping her feel safe, secure, and cherished. Maddy may need a little time to fully settle in, but beneath her initial uncertainty is a loyal and affectionate girl simply longing for comfort, patience, and a soft place to land. With love and stability, we know this wonderful senior will shine brightly again.
