Scout( aka...toucan Sam, fruit Loop, Nicolas Cage...lol)

Scout, a young male Smooth Collie mix, is a resilient and sweet soul with a knack for charming nicknames like Toucan Sam, Fruit Loop, and Nicolas Cage! He came to us under heartbreaking circumstances, facing a severe threat from a neighbor, which unfortunately led his former owner to consider euthanasia. Thankfully, a compassionate intervention saved him, and he was brought to us, initially a bit frightened, sad, and confused. However, Scout's true nature shone through quickly. Within 24 hours of arriving, he began to settle in, becoming less skittish and joyfully engaging with the other pups, proving that a little love and playtime can go a long way!

Ideal Home

Scout would thrive in a home with a friendly, playful canine companion to be his buddy. He also needs plenty of toys to keep his curious mind engaged and a secure, tall fence (at least 6ft) to ensure his safety. An experienced pet parent is a must for this special boy.

Ongoing Health

Scout is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Scout has shown great adaptability and has settled in well. His house-training is noted as "Yes".
