Meet Birch PC! He's a distinguished one-year-old, 45 lb Border Collie mix with a flair for the dramatic, sporting a unique "Phantom of the Opera" mask over one eye. He's as sweet as he is handsome and was found near the Texas border, which makes perfect sense for a Border Collie mix! Birch gets along fantastically with other dogs and his markings are truly out of this world – you'll never find another pup quite like him.
