Chico is an 11-year-old, 25 lb. Miniature Pinscher mix who came to us as a Frosted Face on June 29th. He is a very sweet boy who was surrendered by his owner for reasons unknown. Chico is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, where he's enjoying lots of love and attention while his foster family learns more about him in a home setting. We will share updates on Chico as we get them!
