Jack's previous owner passed away, and he and his brother, Jim, were surrendered to Animal Control. Sadly, when their time was up, they ended up on the euthanasia list through no fault of their own. Jack spent his whole life on a chain, but he's still a sweet, curious, and incredibly loving boy. He deserves to know the joy of freedom, kindness, and being cared for, and he'll embrace it all with his gentle, hopeful heart.
