This cutie is Kobe Laker! He is approximately 4 months old and weighs about 23 pounds. While we believe he may be a Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier mix, with rescue, it's always a guess! What's not a guess is that he's adorable and is one of the most desperate pups in the US, based on the statistics of his original location. Shelters in his area are facing euthanasia for puppies, so by choosing Kobe, you're not only saving his life, but also opening up a space for another animal in need.

Kobe is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. He loves to play with his siblings and take plenty of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat - such is puppy life! We're happy to provide you with good personality and behavioral information to help ensure he's the right fit for your family. You're also welcome to do a Facetime call to meet him before signing any paperwork!
Ideal Home
Kobe is still very young and will need a family that can commit to training, socialization, and all the dedication puppyhood requires. A puppy's personality is shaped with each passing day as they discover new things. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start.
Ongoing Health
Kobe's adoption fee includes all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration. He has also received a health certificate deeming him healthy for travel.
Training & Support
We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy immediately upon arrival. This will aid in potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog.

Transporation
Kobe is currently located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. This service ensures all pets travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
