Meet Scooby! Scooby's early life wasn't easy. Abandoned as a puppy by a hoarder, he had to fight for every scrap of food and comfort. Now rescued and safe in foster care, he's learning what love and trust feel like—and he's ready to share it with the right family. He's a sweet, affectionate, and loyal boy who is a certified snuggle bug and loves curling up with his humans. Scooby has a medium energy level, enjoying playtime and zoomies just as much as lounging. He is still getting used to the world and can be nervous around new people.

Ideal Home

Scooby needs a calm, patient family who can give him time to build confidence and trust. He's looking for someone to be his “Shaggy”—his forever best friend who'll show him he'll never be abandoned again. He is good with older kids, selective with dogs (plays well with trusted friends after proper introductions), and not cat-friendly.

Ongoing Health

Scooby is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Scooby knows sit, shake, and come, and has fantastic recall. He is house-trained and crate-trained. He is still working on leash manners, especially around other dogs.
