Behr

Behr is a very sweet boy who had a rough start before finding his way to rescue. He can be a bit shy and reactive at first, especially if hands move too quickly, as he is hand-shy and may flinch or cower. However, once he trusts you, he blossoms into a wonderful companion. He absolutely loves to hug and will offer "Behr hugs" that feel like cuddling a teddy bear!

Ideal Home

Behr would do best in a home without small children. He needs a patient adopter experienced with advanced training.

Ongoing Health

Behr is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has been treated for fleas, ticks, and heartworm.

Training & Support

Behr requires an adopter experienced with advanced training due to his hand shyness and initial reactivity. Patience and understanding will be key to building his trust and helping him feel secure.

• Our adoption fee is $275.00. This includes spay/neuter, microchip, all current vaccinations, and flea/tick treatment. Our dogs are also given monthly heartworm medication in our care.
