Hot Cocoa

Hot Cocoa is a 6-year-old, 12lb Yorkie mix who is as sweet as her name suggests! She's a cuddly and affectionate girl who loves to be close to her people. Once she settles into a new environment, her playful personality shines through, and she'll zoom around with joy. She's also dog and kid-friendly (for kids 10 and up!).

Ideal Home

Hot Cocoa thrives in a home where someone is present often and she won't be left alone for long periods. She needs a secure, fenced-in yard that is at least 4 feet high, as she can jump over lower gates. She also loves to sleep in bed with her person. Consistency, structure, and continued training will help her succeed.

Ongoing Health

Hot Cocoa was treated for dry skin with coconut oil and is now doing well. She has been spayed, vaccinated, is heartworm negative, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Hot Cocoa is house-trained when kept on a schedule and is also pee pad trained. She is food motivated and a fast eater, so she requires a slow feeder food bowl. She will benefit from leadership, consistency, and structure as she continues her training journey.
