Hannah (bonded with Hooper)

Meet Hannah! This spunky 9-year-old smooth red miniature dachshund weighs 9 lbs and is quite the character. Hannah is a playful girl who also loves to snuggle. She came to us after a divorce and is looking for a calm, settled home where she can truly be herself. While she's easygoing at heart, she has a big personality and will certainly let you know when something catches her attention!

Ideal Home

Hannah is a medium-energy girl who enjoys walks and outdoor exploration but is equally happy curling up for a nap with her favorite person nearby. She's a great leash walker and is content in her crate when you need to leave her be. Hannah does tend to alert bark, especially when greeting new people or reacting to things outside. Because of this, a home without shared walls might be the best fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Hannah is an almost-senior dog and is currently in good health.

Training & Support

Hannah is potty-trained when kept on a schedule. She is very food-motivated, which can be a great asset for training! Hannah acts as an emotional support animal for her bonded buddy, Hooper.
