Meet August! This silly 3-4 year old pittie mix girl came to us from a local vet clinic where she was abandoned over a year ago. This absolute sweetheart has never met a stranger! She gets along with other dogs, though she is a dominant girl so prefers more submissive friends. August is a total beefcake that gets the silliest zoomies! While she works hard on her leash skills and manners, she awaits a family of her very own to finally bring her home. She is food motivated and loves to run around and play. She is also a sucker for a belly rub. August is ready to find her forever!

We promised August that the rest of her life, would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?

Ideal Home

August has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

August is still working on her leash skills and manners. She is food motivated, which will be a great asset in her training journey.

August is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
