Meet Snuffleupagus, or Snuffy for short! This approximately 90-pound bundle of love is a gentle giant with a heart of gold. Snuffy is a world-class cuddler who thrives on being close to his people, happily following you from room to room. He's a big boy who doesn't realize his size and will try to snuggle right into your lap. He communicates his affection with slow tail wags, soulful eyes, and full-body leans. Snuffy is crate trained but prefers not to be confined. He'll politely let you know when he needs to go outside, but he does rely on you to open the door for him. He's a respectful house guest, though his impressive snoring might be considered a minor disturbance!

Ideal Home

Snuffy is looking for a laid-back home with humans who appreciate a devoted, velcro dog with a gentle soul. He would love someone who enjoys his company and is prepared for his affectionate, clingy nature. Due to his medical needs and heat sensitivity, Snuffy must be kept indoors in a cool, climate-controlled environment, especially when temperatures rise above 80 degrees. He enjoys slow, leisurely walks around the yard.

Training & Support

Snuffy is house-trained and lets you know when he needs to go out. He seems to be a bit hard of hearing but will respond once he catches your eye.
