Bo is a young, loving Chihuahua with a sweet and gentle personality, weighing in at about 8 pounds. He loves people and gets along great with other dogs, making him a wonderful fit for almost any family. Bo enjoys having company around and would thrive in a home where he can spend lots of time with his people or other small dogs. This little cutie is a year old, making him the perfect size for travel, and he loves going on walks just as much as he loves being held and cuddling close by your side. While he may bark occasionally, Bo is mostly quiet and calm throughout the day. Small in size but full of charm, his big ears and bigger personality make him a superstar! He came from a background of too many dogs and not enough time or funds to care for him, but he hasn't let that get him down. He still seeks love, attention, and companionship from those around him and would really like to find a home to love him forever.
Ideal Home
Bo would thrive in a home where he can spend lots of time with his people or other small dogs. Homes with children over 12 years old should be okay due to his current size and temperament.

Bo had his vet visit, vaccines, 4dx test, neuter, and flea/heartworm preventative treatment.
Training & Support
Bo is potty trained and enjoys praise and treats as rewards. He tolerates a male belly band well while brushing up on housebreaking.

- If you have current dogs in the home, they must come to the meet and greet as well.
- A veterinary reference check is required.
- An adoption donation of $450 is asked if you choose to adopt.
Transportation
Bo is located near Adams, NY. Foster or foster-to-adopt adoptions are limited to an 80-mile radius of Adams, NY, and pets must be taken to our vet's office for care until adoption. Once fully vetted, up to a 150-mile radius is acceptable. Pets must be viewed in person and will not be shipped to their new homes.
