Muppet

Muppet might just be the loyal sidekick, adventure buddy, and full-time best friend you've been searching for! This handsome black and brown pup is approximately 1 year old and weighs about 60 pounds. He's packed full of personality, affection, and enthusiasm for life, and we suspect he might be an Australian Kelpie or Doberman mix. Muppet loves to be involved in everything you're doing, always curious and wanting to be by your side. He's a goofy, affectionate boy who still thinks he's a lap dog and loves to give kisses.

Ideal Home

Muppet would thrive in an active home with a family committed to continuing his training, as he can get excited and jump for attention. He would do best with a family that can provide regular walks, hikes, playtime, and mental enrichment. He loves other dogs and would enjoy a playful canine companion, especially one close to his size. He has also been living successfully with a cat and does well with dog-savvy felines.

Training & Support

Muppet is mostly house-trained and continues to improve. He walks nicely on leash once his initial excitement subsides and willingly uses his crate. He can be mischievous and chew things he shouldn't if left unattended, so supervision and appropriate chew toys are important. A family committed to continuing his training will help him succeed.
