Meet Dot... a tiny senior with the biggest heart.

At approximately 10 years old and weighing just 5 pounds, Dot's favorite place in the world is in your arms or curled up beside you. All she wants is someone to love.

Sadly, it's clear that no one cared for her medical needs before she came to us. She recently had a much-needed dental, and because of years of neglect, she has only two teeth remaining. She'll need a family committed to keeping those last two teeth healthy with regular dental care and making sure she continues to eat well.

Dot was rescued from a shelter along with eight other dogs, and we suspect they came from some type of breeding or hoarding situation. Despite everything she's been through, she has never stopped loving people.

She does have minor vision and hearing impairments, but they don't slow her down or diminish her sweet spirit. In fact, they only make her that much more special.

The moment Dot knows you're coming to pick her up, she'll stand up and reach for you, ready to jump right into your arms. She simply wants to be close to her person.

After all she's endured, Dot deserves a soft bed, a gentle touch, and someone who will love her for the rest of her life. Could that someone be you?
