Clark - URGENT - Seeking Foster/Adopter

Clark is a handsome 5-year-old Cattle Dog mix with a heart full of affection and a deep desire for a devoted person to call his own. He was rescued as a puppy from a difficult situation on the side of the road in Texas. While he has so much love to give, Clark can become fearful and anxious when he's pushed beyond his comfort zone or placed in unfamiliar situations. He has completed professional training and is fully vetted and neutered, but he truly needs a specific kind of environment to blossom.

Ideal Home

Clark would thrive in an adult-only, calm household with an experienced owner. A low-traffic, predictable environment will help him feel secure. He would do best as the only dog in the home, or he may be a good fit with a very compatible dog, provided introductions are done slowly and carefully. He is not a good match for homes with cats.

Clark is fully vetted and neutered.

Training & Support

Clark has completed professional training. He needs a patient and understanding owner who is willing to meet him where he is and help him build confidence in new situations.
