Lucy

Lucy is a gentle and friendly lab mix, about 1.5 years old and weighing 40 lbs. She likely has some Rhodesian Ridgeback in her and is truly an awesome dog who gets along great with everyone. Lucy loves to follow her foster mom around with a wagging tail. She and her sister Ethel were found as strays in rural Mississippi. When the Wags director learned a neighbor planned to poison them, she rushed to their rescue. Ethel has since been adopted and is doing wonderfully, and now it's sweet Lucy's turn! Lucy is a mellow and laid-back pup who loves toys and bones.

Transportation

Lucy is currently in Mississippi but is ready to come to the northeast on Saturday, July 17. We often transport dogs along our transport routes or to areas where we have volunteers. We are always in need of foster homes in the northeast!
