Spork

Spork is a distinguished gentleman who found himself at the shelter as a stray, though we suspect a 12-year-old dog must have had a home at some point! Sadly, no one came to claim him. Thankfully, one of our wonderful volunteers stepped up to foster this sweet senior. Spork absolutely adores cuddling and will happily snuggle up right next to his favorite person. He's quite enthusiastic about receiving pets and isn't shy about letting you know if you've stopped too soon – a gentle paw to the hand will redirect you. Spork is a mellow soul who just wants to hang out, enjoy some TV time, and be showered with affection.

Ideal Home

Spork enjoys a relaxed lifestyle and would likely thrive in a home where he can be your constant companion, perhaps while you watch TV or read a book.

Training & Support

Spork is not house-trained. He will need a patient adopter to help him learn. He can be quite insistent on receiving pets, so be prepared for a cuddly companion who will let you know when it's petting time!
