Sierra is a happy, sweet girl who is thrilled with her life! She loves playing with toys and will entertain herself by tossing one in the air then running around with it. Sierra came to us when she was observed being let out of a car close to some walking trails. When the driver drove off, it was clear she had been abandoned. It took some time to gain her trust, but she made steady progress. She is a bit shy with new people but warms up easily with a few treats. Sierra is a foster favorite! Her foster family says she has adapted so well to them and their three dogs. She is house-trained, has lots of energy, and would love to be a running and hiking partner for someone. Her favorite pastimes are romping with dog friends, riding in the car, sleeping in the master bedroom, and chewing on bones. Sierra is shy around new folks but warms up with a little patience and a couple of treats.

Ideal Home

Sierra would do well as an only dog if her people are committed to an active lifestyle or use a doggy daycare for social interaction and energy release. She would also love to live in a home with another playful, easy-going dog close to her size and age.

Spayed female, current on vaccinations & parasite control, microchipped.

Training & Support

Sierra is house-trained. She is shy around new people but warms up with patience and treats.
