Conan

Conan is an 8.5-year-old American Bulldog with a big body and an even bigger heart. He enjoys leisurely strolls to smell the flowers but is hilariously scared of frogs and butterflies! He's a smart boy who knows basic commands like "sit" and "wait," and he has a serious soft spot for animal crackers.

Ideal Home

Conan does great with cats, male dogs, and older kids. He can sometimes jump when excited but corrects easily.

Ongoing Health

Conan lives with IVDD (a degenerative disc condition), so maintaining a healthy weight is crucial for his well-being. He also has a history of mast cell tumors; while he's not a candidate for surgery, he is managed with daily medications including Dasuquin, Omega-3, and thyroid medication, all of which are easily administered with his meals.

Training & Support

Conan eats 1.5 cups of Hill's Healthy Weight food twice a day, served in his crate. He doesn't use a traditional dog bed but has a favorite blanket that he adores.
