Dante is a playful and social 4-month-old pup, weighing around 15 lbs. He came to us as a stray, and unfortunately, his owner never came forward to claim him. Dante is already proving to be a friendly and wiggly guy who gets along well with other dogs. He's mastered the doggy door and has been accident-free in his current foster home. As with all puppies, Dante will blossom with consistent structure and a good schedule.
Ideal Home
Dante is a puppy who thrives with active engagement. He'll need a home that understands the commitment to house-training, teaching bite inhibition, appropriate chewing habits, and managing jumping. The more time and effort you invest now, the more well-adjusted he'll be as an adult.
Ongoing Health
Dante is up-to-date on his vaccinations, microchipped, and has been dewormed. His adoption fee includes his spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, and a 2nd and 3rd set of puppy shots. He also comes with two free vet visits and a Healthy Start Certificate with VCA Hospitals, including a $250 health credit (restrictions apply).
Training & Support
Dante is a typical puppy who will need guidance in areas like house-training, learning not to jump up, and understanding what is appropriate to chew. He's learning quickly, but patience and consistent training will be key to his success. He comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org, which includes access to trainers and online resources.
