Beary

Beary is a 4.5-year-old Retriever-Shepherd mix with a heart of gold! He's a super smart and affectionate boy who, after a little initial shyness, will shower you with love. Beary has a knack for learning and has aced training courses, mastering commands like sit, stay, come, down, leave it, spin, shake, "wait" (especially for car rides!), and "climb" for his cozy pet bed. He's a pro at house and crate training and is always eager to make you proud. Beary is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys walks and games of fetch, and he's even tried agility equipment! But his absolute favorite place to be is right by your side, ready for some quality snuggle time. He's sure to be your number one cuddle bug!

Ideal Home

Beary would do best in a quiet home without other dogs or young children. He prefers to have all the attention to himself and doesn't like to share his toys or beds. He can do well around other dogs and people in neutral, outdoor settings like parks. With gentle patience and tasty treats, Beary will warm up to his chosen people and then offer them his boundless love! He's looking for someone who wants an active and well-trained best friend to share their life with.

Ongoing Health

Beary's adoption fee of $295.00 includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter, and microchip.

Training & Support

Beary is house-trained and crate-trained. He has completed training courses and knows many basic commands.
