About Rosalinda

Rosa! Our petite little powerhouse is estimated to be around 4 years old… but don’t tell her that, because she’s absolutely convinced she’s still a puppy at heart! Rosa has been in foster with a wonderful family, and we are so thankful for them! Fosters are truly the heart of rescue—helping us learn who our pups are so we can set them up for success with their future forever families. Rosas fosters have learned so much about this sweet, spirited girl. Petite & Perfectly Sized, Rosa weighs around 40–45 lbs and is the perfect “grab-your-sneakers-let’s-go” companion. Leash Walker Extraordinaire, she walks beautifully on leash and enjoys 1–2 daily walks with her foster buddy, Atticus. All Gas, Some Brakes, Rosa is a go-go-go kind of girl with energy for days! She loves to run, play fetch, tug, and explore—but she does settle once she’s had her fun. Smart, Food-Motivated… and Sometimes Distracted, she’s eager to learn and loves treats, but the world is just so exciting sometimes. A Bit of a Squirrel Enthusiast, yes… the prey drive is real. Squirrels, consider yourselves warned. Respectful Learner, at first she was a bit much for Atticus, but within a week she began respecting his boundaries and adjusting beautifully. Adventure Buddy Material, Rosa would thrive with a playful dog that matches her energy or an active family ready for fun outings and new adventures. Crate Champ, she does wonderfully in her crate and settles in without a fuss. Rosa is joyful, sweet, fun, and so eager to soak up love as she continues to settle into her foster home. We cannot wait to watch her personality continue to shine! If you’re looking for a lovable, energetic companion, Rosa might just be your girl.
