DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Say hello to Barbie! With her stunning ice blue eyes, Barbie will melt your heart. This girl is a whirlwind of fun and affection! She's a high-energy love bug who dreams of being your ultimate lap dog — after she's had her daily zoomies outdoors, rain or shine! She's a sweetheart who adores scratches and is super chill with other pups — she's the perfect playmate or snuggle buddy. Barbie is also a water lover and toy destroyer extraordinaire, so get ready for splashy fun and squeaky excitement! With leash manners on point and a solid "sit" and "no" under her belt, she's ready to learn and impress (especially when treats are involved). So, if you're looking for a loyal, playful and utterly charming companion, Barbie's your girl. Apply today!

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.

Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
