Mirasol

Meet Mirasol! She's a lovely 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier who weighs about 40 pounds. Mirasol is fully vetted, spayed, and heartworm negative, making her ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and understood. Mirasol has been through a lot, including a traumatic experience where she was pepper-sprayed during a dog fight. Because of this, she prefers to be the only dog in the household and is not suitable to live with other dogs or cats. While she may not want canine companions, Mirasol has plenty of love to give her people and is affectionate with those she trusts. She can be protective of her kennel and personal space, so she will do best with a family that respects her boundaries and understands her needs.

Ideal Home

Mirasol is best suited for a home with teenagers and older, and she needs to be the only pet. She is looking for a patient adopter who will give her the chance to decompress, build trust, and enjoy life as the only pet in the home.

Ongoing Health

Mirasol is fully vetted, spayed, and heartworm negative. All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Mirasol can be protective of her kennel and personal space, so she will do best with a family that respects her boundaries and understands her needs.
