Gunner

Meet Gunner! This handsome 50-pound Pit mix found himself on Kennedy Road in Thomasville and decided to hitch a ride with his foster, jumping right into their truck like he belonged there. Gunner is a super friendly boy who loves to soak up the sun, enjoy a good chew on his rope, and is always game for a treat. He's a champion cuddler and enjoys nothing more than snuggling up in your lap. Gunner is a quiet traveler in the car and generally doesn't bark much, though he might let out a yip if the lawn mower starts up!

Ideal Home

Gunner would love a home where he can get plenty of cuddles and attention. He seems to be a bit unsure about cats, so a feline-free home would be best for him.

Ongoing Health

Gunner is heartworm positive and has begun treatment. Our rescue is committed to covering the costs of his treatment until he is heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Gunner is already neutered, housetrained, and kennel trained. He also does well with other dogs.
