Ranger

Meet Ranger, a charming and resilient dog who, at just over a year old, is ready to shower a loving family with affection. Ranger was sadly left at a daycare and never picked up, but this has done little to dampen his spirits or his deep love for people. He's a loyal and energetic companion who still possesses that classic Lab zest for life. Ranger is also dog-friendly and enjoys playing with other pups, making him a potential great fit for a household with a canine friend. He's eager to be part of a family again and promises to return your love with endless joy and companionship. Ranger was born on March 7, 2025.

Ideal Home

Ranger would thrive with an active family committed to continuing his training, providing structure, and including him in their adventures. He'd also be a wonderful companion for a home with another playful pup.

Ongoing Health

All dogs receive a health exam by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport, and a health certificate will be issued. All dogs will be current on vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention. If over 6 months old, they will also have had a microchip registered and a heartworm test.

Training & Support

Ranger is described as having "classic Lab energy and enthusiasm for life," and he would benefit from a family committed to continuing his training and providing structure.

• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (which varies by location).
• The adoption interview and meet-and-greet will occur via video call.
• Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our priority is finding the best possible home for each animal.

Transporation

Ranger is currently being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas. He is available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags.
