Florentina

Meet Florentina, a delightful 3-year-old, 49 lb Terrier mix with a heart full of love to give! This sweet girl, also known as Flo, is a true survivor. She was rescued from the streets after bravely caring for her litter of puppies. Now that her little ones have all found their forever homes, Flo is eagerly awaiting her own happy ending. Flo is a playful pup who absolutely adores toys and balls – she's a true ball fiend! She also loves a good cuddle session and promises not to hog the bed if she's allowed up for some snuggles. She's been wonderful with children and has a natural nurturing spirit. While she co-exists with other dogs in her foster home, Flo can be a bit selective. She'd do best with a calm, easy-going canine companion. Florentina would make a fantastic running buddy and enjoys her daily walks and car rides. She's potty trained, crate trained, and knows some basic commands, but she'd benefit from continued obedience training to keep her sharp. This devoted mom deserves a loving home of her own, and we hope it's with you!

Ideal Home

A home that will cherish her playful spirit and provide plenty of opportunities for adventure and cuddles. A calm, non-pushy dog sibling would be ideal.

All core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, and microchip included in adoption donation.

Training & Support

Florentina knows a few basic commands but would benefit from continued obedience training to further her learning.

Transporation

Florentina is currently located in South Texas. She can be transported to her new home in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and other states on the East and West Coast.
