Hi, I'm Joy! I'm a sweet, kind, and loving one-year-old Black Lab/Pit Bull Terrier mix, weighing in at 44 pounds. My brother George and I ended up at a park looking for some human attention, and it turns out, that's what we love most! After a stint at the local pound, we were lucky enough to land in foster care, where we've been doing wonderfully. The vet visit was so exciting – I couldn't stop wiggling, smiling, and wagging my tail, which is how I got my name, Joy! I'm house-trained, crate-trained, a great car rider, and generally well-behaved. I'm doing well on leash and enjoy going on all sorts of adventures.

Ideal Home

I'd love a family that enjoys life's simple pleasures, like camping trips, hiking, neighborhood walks, visits to coffee shops, or just snuggling on the couch. I thrive on attention, affection, and companionship.

I've been spayed, microchipped, and I'm current on all my shots.

Training & Support

I'm doing well with my leash training and I'm always eager to please. I love to rest my head on my foster's lap for some reassuring praise that I'm a good girl!
