Cairo

Cairo is a charming, almost 2-year-old male dog who weighs around 45lbs. He was rescued from the streets of Armenia and has now been transported to Orange County for a chance at a loving home. Cairo is a real sweetheart, described by his foster mom as a cuddler and very social – a true love bug! He's a working breed with herding traits, and he enjoys playing with his foster dog siblings and going on pack walks. He also loves sitting for treats and playing with other dogs.

Ideal Home

We're looking for a family that is familiar with large breed dogs and can provide Cairo with consistent mental and physical stimulation. He would do best in an active home and prefers a household with older children or no children.

Ongoing Health

Cairo has been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Cairo knows basic commands like "sit" and enjoys positive reinforcement with treats. He plays well with other dogs, but his ideal home would be one that can continue to provide him with socialization and exercise.
