Meet Cartier, a beautiful 1-year-old mixed-breed girl weighing 35 pounds. With striking markings, expressive brown eyes, and an irresistible head tilt, Cartier is friendly, fun, energetic, and affectionate. She handled her vet transport well, loves peanut butter, and enjoys being included with her people.

Cartier loves to play, especially outdoors and around water. She happily chases and dramatically pounces on balls, though returning them is not currently part of her game. She would be a wonderful companion for walks, playtime, adventures, and plenty of affection.
