Maggie

Maggie is a wonderful companion who came to us under sad circumstances when her mom lost her home. Thankfully, her mom had fostered for us before, and we were able to help her avoid bringing Maggie to a shelter. Maggie is a gentle soul who gets along with everyone, especially children, and is also good with cats. When introducing her to other dogs, it's important to do so slowly and properly, and she tends to prefer male dogs over females. As is typical for her breed, Maggie likes to be in charge!

Ideal Home

Maggie thrives with people and would love a family who appreciates her independent spirit. She's great with children and cats, but needs careful introductions to new dog friends, with a preference for male dogs.

Maggie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

While Maggie is house-trained, she is a strong-willed Pyr and likes to be the leader. Slow and proper introductions are key when she meets new dogs.
