Green Bean

Meet Green Bean! This adorable 1-year-old, 50-pound hound/terrier mix is a bundle of joy. Green Bean absolutely loves to play outside when the weather is nice and warm, but when it’s chilly or wet, he’d much rather be snuggled up on your lap, showering you with kisses! He's a super smart pup who has already mastered the basics like crate training, potty training, and general commands. He's working on his leash skills, but his real passion is becoming a fetch master! He's quite the character and has his own unique way of enjoying his meals and naps.

Ideal Home

Green Bean is great with kids and loves playing with both big and small dogs. He's a summer-loving, couch-cuddling, whole-body wiggler who brings endless smiles.

Ongoing Health

Green Bean is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. He has also been heartworm tested and is on preventative.

Training & Support

Green Bean needs a little more practice with leash walking. He has a unique eating style; he lays down and tips his food out of the bowl to eat, often followed by a nap!

• We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.
• A home visit is required for each dog we adopt out.

We adopt within a 2-hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
