Jasmine

This sweet girl is Jasmine, a delightful retriever and plott hound mix who is about 2 years old and weighs around 35 lbs. Jasmine is a young lady who landed in rescue through no fault of her own, and now she's ready to find her happily ever after! She's a bundle of energy and loves to go on adventures, making new pup pals along the way. Jasmine's dream is to have her own humans to trot alongside, plenty of opportunities to run and play, good food, a comfy bed, and most importantly, to feel safe, loved, and like she truly belongs. In return, she promises endless adoring gazes and loyal companionship.

Ideal Home

Jasmine would love a home where she can make new canine friends and have ample space to run and play.

Ongoing Health

Jasmine tested positive for heartworms but is receiving treatment. Heartworm is not contagious and, with proper treatment and continued monthly preventative, dogs can lead full and normal lives. She will need to be kept calm for 4-6 weeks after her treatment is complete.

Training & Support

Jasmine is still working on her crate training. Like many rescues, she is not guaranteed to be housebroken.

Transporation

Jasmine is currently at our South Carolina rescue campus and needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to travel there.
