KAI

Kai is a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever and Rottweiler mix with a heart of gold and a playful spirit! Her mom was a purebred Rottweiler, and we've confirmed her lineage through DNA. Kai is a wonderfully sweet and goofy girl, always ready for some fun, a good run, and plenty of cuddles. She's incredibly affectionate and friendly, and we're confident her perfect match is out there.

Kai seems to do best with female companions, as she has developed some wariness around certain men. Interestingly, her first adoption was to a young gentleman who was surprised to learn of this behavior, as she's often met men without issue during her time with us. We believe that with time and patience, Kai would absolutely learn to trust and feel secure in a home. She's never shown aggression and has never bitten anyone, though she has been known to grumble and growl quietly when she feels unsure. We're still trying to understand this, as she's generally very friendly! Perhaps she's sensitive to certain energies. We know her perfect family is out there and we're dedicated to finding them. She's a gem and so deserving of love!

Ideal Home

Kai would likely thrive in a home where she can be a beloved companion. While she's shown some caution around certain men, we believe with the right understanding and patience, she can overcome this.

Kai is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Kai may need some gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to help her build confidence around men. She is still learning, and a patient owner who can help her understand and navigate her sensitivities will be key to her success.
