Daisy is ready for her next chapter! She's a 3-year-old, 62-pound spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped girl with a heart full of innocent bliss and a dash of derpy goofball energy. Daisy spent some time as the beloved mascot in a gym parking lot, where everyone cared for her but couldn't quite catch her. Now that she's safe, she's eager to find a family to shower with her precious sweetness. Though initially shy, once Daisy warms up, she's a playful, goofy, and utterly lovely companion.
Ideal Home
Daisy thrives with another dog in the home for companionship and confidence. She's a big fan of playing with other dogs of all shapes and sizes. While she hasn't met cats, given her shy and submissive nature, it's likely she'd be fearful. She has no experience with children, so older kids would likely be a better fit due to her initial shyness. A home that understands she's a flight risk and can implement simple precautionary measures to keep her safe is essential.
Ongoing Health
Daisy is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Daisy is potty trained and crate trained, sleeping peacefully in her crate overnight and while her people are away. She has a habit of "collecting" slippers and shoes when the opportunity arises, but she's learning! She also enjoys a good nylabone. Due to her shy nature and history of avoiding capture, she will be a flight risk initially. It's important to take basic precautionary measures like not leaving her unattended in the yard and being mindful of doors and gates to ensure her safety.
