Nira is a thoughtful heart and chase queen, waiting for her adoption day in a loving foster home! She's house and crate trained and has been a fun addition to her foster's crew of dogs and kids, sliding right in and enjoying playtime and snuggles. Nira is a sweet, thoughtful girl who takes a moment to warm up to new people, but once she feels safe, she shows her loving, playful side in the most genuine way. She prefers to observe before making her full, loving commitment, but when she does, you're an item!
Ideal Home
Nira would thrive in a home with a yard, another dog, and adopters who are patient, consistent, and respectful of her need for space. She is not a candidate for apartment or city living and would be happiest as a homebody dog. She is not a candidate for a home with cats, as she will chase them. Kids and family life are welcome, and she adores them.
Ongoing Health
Nira is generally healthy and has no specific health conditions noted.
Training & Support
Nira can be a little vocal when playing, but it's all in good fun. She benefits from treats to help her feel comfortable and confident. With people, Nira needs time and calm introductions. New environments and unfamiliar faces can overwhelm her, so slow trust-building and patience are key.
