Cahetona

Meet Cachetona, a tiny terrier mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality! Cachetona was found lying in the road in La Cruz, dangerously close to being hit. A volunteer stopped to help and discovered she belonged to a nearby mechanic shop. Her owner agreed to relinquish her, and this sweet girl finally got the chance she deserved. Cachetona is a sweet, loyal little girl who just wants a peaceful home where she can feel safe and loved. If you are looking for a one-on-one companion with tons of heart, she is ready!

Ideal Home

Cachetona prefers a quiet home with teens or adults. She would do best as an only dog or with one calm, older dog. She does not enjoy other dogs in her space and needs a low-dog-traffic home.

Ongoing Health

Cachetona is a heartworm survivor and has been fully treated and is now heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Cachetona warms up beautifully to people and is ready to be your loyal companion.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta.
• During the summer months, if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.

Transportation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We can arrange transport for approved adopters traveling to the US and Canada via flight companions.
