Hi there! My name is Caramel, but some of my favorite people call me Caramella. I'm a Labrador Retriever mix with a coat as sweet as my name and a heart full of love to give! I was born around April 8, 2026, and currently weigh just under 12 pounds.
I'll admit, I can be a little shy when I first meet new faces or experience new things. They can feel a bit scary! But with a little patience, some gentle words, and a few good scratches, my true, playful, and cuddly personality shines through. Once I know you're my friend, I absolutely adore attention! Belly rubs, ear scratches, and hearing how adorable I am are my favorite things. I have so much love to share with my forever family. My days are filled with puppy adventures – carrying toys, playing with my brother, exploring everything, and then taking sweet naps. I'm also a smart cookie! I'm doing great with crate training and often go to my crate on my own. I'm learning my potty manners and am getting pretty good with my puppy pads. More than anything, I'm looking for a family who will help me build my confidence and show me all the wonderful things life has to offer. In return, I promise to fill your days with puppy kisses, happy tail wags, and endless love.

Transporation
Caramel is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and may go to various locations, including nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. Adopters can track the transport using the Life360 app and will receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for tracking updates.
