Meet Archie, a distinguished 8-year-old, 37-pound terrier mix who's mastered the art of being a professional good boy. With a dash of rockstar flair and the wisdom of a seasoned endocrinologist, Archie is ready to bring his charm and calm demeanor to a loving home. He sports a natural mohawk that’s as unique as his personality. Archie approaches life with an open heart, greeting everyone with enthusiasm. He’s a big fan of people, including children, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats.

Ideal Home

Archie dreams of a quiet, calm home where he can be the center of attention for one or two special humans. He's past his wild days and is looking for a peaceful retirement, enjoying gentle walks, bird watching, and plenty of afternoon naps by your side.

Ongoing Health

Archie is a diabetic dog. He receives daily insulin injections, which cost approximately $25 per month. He takes his medication like a pro and is more interested in sharing turkey with you than dwelling on his health.

Training & Support

Archie is a well-behaved companion. He walks beautifully on a leash, is a gentleman in the car, knows his commands, and has excellent house manners. He can be trusted to roam the house when you're away and politely alerts you to visitors. His biggest need is a consistent schedule for his twice-daily insulin injections.
