Chloe is a 12-year-old spayed red miniature dachshund with a heart as soft as her favorite blanket. She's a devoted little shadow who believes snuggling is a full-time job. Chloe is wonderfully affectionate and happiest tucked up close to her person, or completely disappeared under the covers in true dachshund fashion. She enjoys leisurely walks where she can take in the world at her own pace, and like any self-respecting dachshund, Chloe is delightfully food motivated. Treats are the quickest way to her heart, though a cozy blanket comes in a close second.
Chloe shares her life with her best friend, Sparky, a 12-year-old neutered Italian Greyhound mix. Sparky is an absolute gentleman who walks beautifully on leash, has a calm and gentle nature, and brings a quiet sweetness wherever he goes. He loves his strolls, his snacks, and most of all, staying close to Chloe. Together, Chloe and Sparky are a bonded pair looking for a forever home where they can spend their golden years safe, warm, and surrounded by love. They enjoy leisurely walks, cozy blankets, warm beds, snuggling with their people, and treats.
Ideal Home
A home with a consistent routine or someone home often would suit Chloe and Sparky beautifully, as they do best with frequent potty breaks.
Ongoing Health
Chloe and Sparky are senior dogs and are being adopted as a bonded pair. All RMDR dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Chloe and Sparky are crate trained, though they would much rather be curled up in bed with their humans. They are calm and loving seniors who don’t ask for much—just a soft place to land and the comfort of staying together.
