Loki (Neutered) (Photos 7/2/2024)

Loki is a handsome 2-1/2 year old male Pit Bull Terrier mix with a striking black-and-white coat, huge paws, a long tail, and an adorable face. He has unique blue and brown eyes, a black button nose on his chubby muzzle, and short, floppy ears – one white and one black. Loki was originally adopted as a newborn puppy but returned to our shelter in the fall of 2023. He's spent time in our Safe Haven facility and is now in an apartment near the lobby, eagerly watching visitors for that special someone to offer him the forever home he's been dreaming of. He's an overgrown puppy in a very large body, full of playful energy and a strong love for life.

Ideal Home

Loki is looking for a home where he can be the "only child" as he is not good with other dogs or cats. He would likely do well with older children who can handle his enthusiastic hugs and robust playtime.

Loki has been neutered and is ready to go!

Training & Support

Loki is a big boy, weighing 105 lbs, and can be very strong on the leash, especially when he gets excited and jumps. He would benefit from an experienced handler who can provide him with the attention and exercise he craves, helping him learn to manage his strength and exuberance.
