Roady

Meet Roady, a purebred Shih Tzu with a heart full of love and a wagging tail to match! Born on October 19, 2025, this handsome 12-pound boy is already close to his adult weight. Roady doesn't shed, so he'll always need regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. He's a happy, friendly, and social fellow who loves to follow his people around. Roady gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs, and he especially adores playing with his canine companions! He was released from a breeder because he was an older pup who never found his forever home, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with him. He's vet-checked well and ready to start his new life with you.

Ideal Home

Roady would thrive in a home that can provide him with regular grooming. He also needs any potential adopters to have their upcoming vacations planned and completed before applying to adopt him.

Ongoing Health

Roady has been vet-checked, neutered, and is up-to-date on his vaccinations (Parvo/Distemper, Rabies). He has been treated with Frontline and will go home with 30 days of heartworm prevention. His fecal test was clean, and he is microchipped. All his vet paperwork will go home with him.

Roady is crate-trained and doggy door trained.

Transportation

Roady is currently in Antwerp, Ohio. Transport is available every other Wednesday morning to Maumee for approved families.
