Meet Carla, a beautiful 2-year-old German Shepherd mix with a heart as big as her smile. Found as a stray, Carla hasn't let her past define her. She is now ready to find the loving family she has always deserved. Carla weighs 48.6 pounds and is a playful, affectionate, and friendly girl who loves spending time with her people. She gets along well with other dogs and children, and she has also done well with cats. As with any new introduction, she should be supervised at first while she settles in. This smart girl already knows a few simple commands and is eager to keep learning. Whether you're looking for an adventure buddy, a loyal companion, or a family dog, Carla is ready to fill that role with unconditional love.
Ideal Home
Carla would thrive in a home where she can be part of the family and receive plenty of affection. While she gets along well with other dogs, children, and cats, introductions should be supervised as she settles in.
Ongoing Health
Carla is fully vaccinated, spayed, and heartworm negative (4DX). Her adoption fee covers her spay/neuter if over 3 months of age, rabies, bordetella, DHPP, and microchip.
Training & Support
Carla is potty trained and knows a few simple commands. She is eager to continue learning and would benefit from ongoing positive reinforcement training.
