Maddie

Maddie is a sweet and charming husky mix who loves to be outside or inside and play, sleep, run, and just be a dog. She came to Wags & Stomps with her sister, Liv, at six weeks old, just needing a place to call home while they grew strong and healthy. During her time at the Sanctuary, Maddie has learned basic manners, including "sit" and is eager to learn more tricks. She is crate trained, potty trained, and a sweetheart of a dog. Our one request with Maddie is that she is adopted together with her sister, Liv. These two don't leave each others' sides often and they are happiest and healthiest when they are together.

Ideal Home

Maddie is looking for a home where she can be adopted with her sister, Liv. She is selective with other dogs, cats, and people, but warms up after she gets to know them. She has learned that cats are friends, not food, but will still nose them roughly just in case that changes.

Ongoing Health

Maddie is up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives, and is spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Maddie has learned basic manners, including "sit," and is eager to learn more tricks. She is crate trained and potty trained. She is shy and sweet and will gladly let other dogs take the lead. She is protective of her sister and other dog friends, but is not aggressive.
