Keri

Keri is a sweet, well-mannered, and incredibly lazy girl who arrived with us from Kuwait in 2019. Her start in life was tough, but she was rescued and eventually made her way to us. Though she found a loving home in 2020, she's now back with us through no fault of her own. Keri is a senior dog who dreams of a quiet life with her person. She’s a cuddle bug who’s perfectly happy to spend her days binge-watching true crime documentaries with you.

Ideal Home

Keri would thrive in a home with a moderately lazy owner who can ensure she gets a couple of walks a day and is fed responsibly. She's looking for a "ride or die" companion – someone she can be devoted to. She's not a fan of yippy little dogs and prefers to be the only canine in the household. She's also not a cat person.

Ongoing Health

Keri is significantly overweight, and while part of this is due to a thyroid condition, it's also a result of being overfed and under-exercised. She is currently 25% above her ideal weight of around 40-45 pounds.

Training & Support

Keri is exceedingly well-mannered and knows many commands. Her main needs are consistent feeding and regular exercise to help her reach a healthier weight.
