Now in a loving foster home in Hillsboro, Oregon, he's looking for his forever family. Cy enjoys quiet companionship, short walks, cozy beds, and soaking up the sun. He may need a little time to adjust and feel secure, but once he does, his loving and sweet nature shines through. He's also dog-friendly!
