Spork

Spork is a sweet, senior Chihuahua who came to us as a stray. We believe he's around 12 years old and must have had a home at some point, as it would be tough for a tiny dog to survive on the streets for so long! Sadly, no one came to claim him. Thankfully, one of our amazing volunteers opened their home to Spork as a foster, knowing how confusing and stressful shelters can be. We've learned that Spork absolutely adores cuddling and wants to be snuggled close. He's quite particular about his pets, too – if you dare to stop petting him, he'll gently paw your hand to remind you to keep those good scritches coming! Spork is a wonderfully mellow companion who just wants to hang out with his person, enjoy some TV, and be showered with affection.

Spork is looking for a home where he can spend his days being adored. He's a mellow guy who enjoys quiet companionship.

Ongoing Health

Spork is a senior dog. His medical care to date is included in his adoption donation.

Training & Support

Spork is not house-trained. He is also blind, which is a special need to be aware of.

Spork is currently located in Las Cruces, NM. Transportation may be available to approved adopters.
